A standard meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on the 18th of September, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the Community Room. Attendance at the meeting was moderate, with several residents in attendance. The meeting was chaired by President Smith.

Minutes for the previous were reviewed and approved. A discussion upcoming renovation plans and how it will affect residents.
